Product overview

WBR3D is a low-power embedded Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module that Tuya has developed. It consists of a highly integrated RF chip (RTL8720DN) and several peripheral components, with an embedded Wi-Fi network protocol stack, Bluetooth network protocol, and robust library functions. WBR3D is embedded with a low-power 32-bit CPU, 512 KB static random-access memory (SRAM), and 4 MB flash memory, and has extensive peripherals. WBR3D is an RTOS platform that integrates all function libraries of the Wi-Fi MAC and TCP/IP protocols. You can develop embedded Wi-Fi products as required. WBR3D functional block diagram: image.png

说明:P 表示电源引脚,I/O 表示输入输出引脚,AI表示模拟输入引脚。 RST只是模块硬件复位引脚,不能清除WiFi配网信息。 (1):该引脚只可作ADC口,不可用作普通IO口,不使用时,需悬空处理。 作为ADC输入口时,输入电压范围限定为0~1.0V。 (2): UART0为用户串口,模块上电启动时,串口有信息输出,用户可以忽略。

天线信息

天线类型

只有 PCB 板载天线接入方式。

降低天线干扰

在Wi-Fi模块上使用PCB板载天线时,为确保Wi-Fi性能的最优化,建议模块天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在15mm以上。 用户PCB板在天线区域勿走线甚至覆铜,以免影响天线性能。布局要点是:确保印制天线正下方或者正上方没有基板介质;确保印制天线的周围远离金属铜皮,这样可以最大程度上保证天线的辐射效果。 image.png

生产指南

  1. 涂鸦出厂的邮票口封装模块必须由SMT机器贴片,并且拆开包装烧录固件后必须24小时内完成贴片,否则要重新抽真空包装,贴片前要对模块进行烘烤。 A.SMT贴片所需仪器或设备: a)回流焊贴片机; b)AOI检测仪; c)口径6-8mm吸嘴; B.烘烤所需仪器或设备: a)柜式烘烤箱; b)防静电耐高温托盘; c)防静电耐高温手套;
  2. 涂鸦出厂的模块存储条件如下: A.防潮袋必须储存在温度<30℃、湿度<70%RH的环境中。 B.干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起6个月的时间。 C.密封包装内装有湿度指示卡: 图片10

  3. 涂鸦出厂的模块需要烘烤,湿度指示卡及烘烤的几种情况如下所述: A.拆封时如果湿度指示卡读值30%、40%、50%色环均为蓝色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤2小时; B.拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到30%色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤4小时; C.拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到30%、40%色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤6小时; D.拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到30%、40%、50%色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤12小时;

  4. 烘烤参数如下: A.烘烤温度:125±5℃; B.报警温度设定:130℃; C.自然条件下冷却<36℃后,即可进行SMT贴片; D.干燥次数:1次; E.若烘烤后超过12小时没有焊接,请再次进行烘烤;
  5. 如果拆封时间超过3个月,禁止使用SMT工艺焊接此批次模块,因为此PCB为沉金工艺,超过3个月后焊盘氧化严重,SMT贴片时极有可能导致虚焊、漏焊,由此带来的种种问题我司不承担相应责任;
  6. SMT贴片前,请对模块进行ESD(静电放电、静电释放)保护;
  7. 为了确保回流焊合格率,首次贴片请抽取10%产品进行目测、AOI检测,以确保炉温控制、器件吸附方式、摆放方式的合理性;之后的批量生产建议每小时抽取5-10片进行目测、AOI检测。
